Were as advertised.
Were as advertised. Have not tested, but appear to be made of forged steel, and will hold what they are rated for. Put 2 in the explorer, with tow straps. and 2 in the F-150 with tow straps. Have 2 extras that can be added at any time. Would buy again, and would recommend to any one wanting reasonable price shackles. They are China Made.
