Teamstrap NEW & IMPROVED Furniture Moving Straps

The New & Improved TEAMSTRAP is a fantastic idea in moving innovation.  The Teamstrap uses leverage and weight distribution between 2 people to make items seem lighter.  By using larger muscle groups like the shoulders and thighs to lift, rather than the arms, items seem lighter than ever!  The new TEAMSTRAP moving strap is now a 3 piece unit for added adjustability on both ends to make it easier to adjust in a hurry.  We have also widened the straps to 3" wide for added strength and comfort.  By making the straps wider than the TEAMSTRAP CLASSIC's 2" webbing, there is more comfort on the shoulders.

TEAMSTRAP movers straps are perfect for lifting heavy, awkward items such as refrigerators, washers/dryers, couches, loveseats, diswashers, and many more furniture moving headaches.  The TEAMSTRAP allows the 2 person tandem to lift and carry items easily across uneven terrain, hills, stairs, and around corners.  Moving has never been so easy with the new TEAMSTRAP MOVING STRAPS. 

1. Each person will stand on opposite sides of the object to be lifted and face each other.
2. With each person taking one end of the middle strap, gently tip the object to one side and slide it underneath the object. (see Figure 1)
3. Now, each person will take one of the remaining equal length harness straps (should be a shorter strap with large loops on each end).
4. Open one of the loops on one end and slide it over your shoulder (or head and shoulder if you prefer the cross pattern for the harness).
5. Before you put the other end on, you must connect it to the strap that is underneath the object.
6. Pick one of the "eyes" sewn into the middle strap that will make you squat approximately 6-12 inches.
7. Take the end of your harness strap and "thread" it through the "eye" that you have chosen and pull it back to you. (see Figure 2)
8. Open the loop of the end you just pulled back and put it over your opposite shoulder you used in Step 4 (or head and shoulder for cross pattern). (see Figure 3)
9. Place your hands on each side of the object to be lifted and be prepared to balance the object as it is lifted.
10. Confirm your partners state of readiness.
11. At the same time, slowly lift the object by straightening your legs and pushing the object away from the body while keeping your back straight.
12. Walk slowly while balancing the object with your hands allowing Teamstrap to distribute the weight. (see Figure 4)
13. To lower the object, with your back still straight, bend slightly at the knees until the object rests on a flat surface.
14. Gently tip the object to one side and slide the Teamstrap out from underneath.  It's THAT EASY!
