Orders ship fast. If your order does not ship within 2 business days you will be contacted. It is our goal to ship orders within 24 hours. Orders will be shipped via ground carrier (UPS, FedEx, SpeeDee) unless expedited options are chosen. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon shipment.
FREIGHT:
Prices are F.O.B. Urbana, IA. Online orders over $2,000 will be shipped freight free within the contiguous 48 states. Orders that require partial delivery will not ship freight free. Freight charges are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS:
Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. The buyer is responsible for any costs related to returning the merchandise and shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% restock fee will be applied on all approved returns and returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. Custom made items as well as Lifting Slings, Rigging Hardware, Recovery Straps and open bundles of moving blankets are non-refundable.
LOST/DAMAGED MATERIAL:
Buyer must notify seller of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days after the merchandise is delivered. The buyer is responsible for the following: 1.)Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged merchandise, 2.)Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged or incomplete, 3.) Obtaining signature of carrier for lost or damaged merchandise.
