The Bolt Pin Chain Shackle is a shackle that is more commonly used in industrial applications where a screw pin shackle is less desired. The bolt pin shackle features an oversize bolt pin for toughness and has the nut to screw on the end. The bolt pin features a pre-drilled hole for a cotter pin to slide through to keep the bolt from loosening. Made from durable type 316 stainless steel (which contains molybdenum for extra durability), these shackles are made to RR-C-271D, Type IV B, Class 3 federal specifications.
