This durable, 1-inch Handlebar Ratchet Strap with Pull Loops from US Cargo Control is a unique tie down strap that works great for any light duty application such as hauling motorcycles, snowmobiles, 4-wheelers, etc. The ratchet uses a crank-to-tighten system rather than a pull-to-tighten system feature seen in cam buckles. The black, industrial grade polyester webbing is 7 feet long and will not stretch over time. The end fittings on this strap are vinyl coated S-hooks, which will not scratch your cargo like a bare wire hook. The high strength polyester makes this strap highly resistant to weathering, corrosion, and other damage. INSTRUCTIONS: Wrap one of the soft loops around the base of the left handle bar. Put one of the hooks through the soft loop. Affix the other hook end of the strap to a secure spot on the floor. Grab the other loop and pull through the wide handle ratchet to tighten, taking up any slack. Do the same thing on the right side. (You will need 2 of these straps).
