This 21 foot Over Center Buckle Strap with Flat Snap Hooks on both ends is a great tie down strap for tying down cargo to a flatbed or trailer. The flat snap hooks securely lock into any ring-type end fitting. The 2 inch wide strap is made of 12,000 lb industrial grade webbing for superior tie down strength. The main advantage of using an over center buckle is it secures the strap into place. Simply feed the loose end of the strap through the buckle and pull the lever closed. The over center buckle provides more tension on the strap than a cam buckle would because the lever actually secures the strap into place. The strap will remain tight and secured and you won't need to worry about it coming loose.
