Are your products domestic or import?

U.S. Cargo Control offers both domestic and import products. Our target customer is seeking a high quality product, economically priced. Many customers find that our imported products meet their quality and budget requirements.



We have access to a large number of domestic products for customers which prefer local fabrication and for whom cost is a secondary concern. Do you have any retail outlets or resellers?

U.S. Cargo Control is an eCommerce company serving customers through our Website and customer care call center. We do not have any walk-in retail store locations.



How quickly can I get what I need?

Our fulfillment and shipping warehouse, customer call center and administrative offices are centrally located in Eastern Iowa, where we fulfill and ship daily (for in-stock orders received by 3:30pm CST). Orders received after 3:30pm for in-stock items will ship the following business day.



We can use our network of suppliers to further help accommodate your urgent order quickly and economically. Give us a call Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm Central and our friendly, helpful product specialists will be happy to take care of you.



Where are you located?

We are based in Urbana, an East-Central Iowa town. Iowa offers an educated talent pool with a strong work ethic, helping to ensure our business remains competitive and healthy. The location also means that as a consumer, you’ll receive your order as quickly as possible.



Do you make custom assemblies?

We most certainly do and no job is too big or too small! If you need a custom assembly such as a ratchet strap, winch strap, lifting slings, or any other cargo control products, call our sales team toll free at 866-444-9990 and we will be glad to assist you.



How fast will my order be processed?

Most orders received by 3:30pm will ship the same business day. Orders received after 3:30pm for in-stock items will ship the following business day. Special or custom items, such as slings and custom assemblies, could potentially ship the same day but it would be dependent on the order quantity and product availability. Lead times for those special items can be estimated at the time of order by speaking with our sales staff.
